Hey sorry for late reply, haven't been back here much lately!
With the wolf I started with a basic outline for the overall shape, then went into more and more details like his facial features, eyes, nose, mouth, etc. After that I went to do the base colours, the shadows and then highlights of the fur. I made my own fur brush to get the strand-by-strand look. And using the same brush to soften the tips of the hair to get the glowy/fluffy look.
The samurai one was done similarly. I outlined the characters and marked where everything is meant to go e.g. all the trees positions etc, then started with basic wide brushes, slowly working into the details on the objects closest to the camera.
Sorry I'm not much help, I'm a total noob in this and still got hell of a lot to learn. Thanks for dropping by, appreciate your comments, and good luck with your art! :)

LOL it wasn't as hard as it may seem. I just... got lucky with how the end result came out :3

Yeah. I've got to say, those clouds took me a while but it's just so nice that everyone's appreciating the little details /squeals/
I started to try and texturize the painting stuff a little but then it ended up just looking really... weird. Like, I didn't want the painting to look 1000 years old :O I instead opted out for airbrushing a bit over it; it's a cheaper way out, but OH WELL b(^_^d)
Everybody loves the brush LOL. I'm glad I spent the time to paint the brush bristles myself.

Now for your question...I think that you meant the font I used writing my signature, so it would be easy to tell, since the only font I used for the whole wallpaper was " Birth of a Hero" which i got at dafont.com

Zomg man, Happy new year! The trip to the 'river' was awesome, well, I don't know, it was right? When we thought we were in isolation, there was a guy swimming, at night, pretty much bizarre, but who couldn't forget about the flying fishes!
